How long are coupons valid?
Coupons are valid for the 2012/2013 Caribbean Travel Season, (September 1st, 2012 through August 31st, 2013). Some tours and activities only operate during certain seasons. Expiration dates and coupon restrictions are printed on individual offers in the book and on the website.
How do I order?
Order your book on this site using your credit card or PayPal. Orders will be shipped the following business day. Books are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally using USPS International Priority Mail.
What is your return policy?
If you buy the book and don’t use it because you decided to lay on the beach all day, return it unused for a full refund.
If you buy the book, but cancel your trip, return it unused for a full refund.
If you buy the book and find a better deal than any of our deals, keep the book and we will refund you the purchase price.
If you buy the book and it doesn’t pay for itself during your Virgin Islands vacation, send the book back with the remaining coupons intact and we will refund you the purchase price.
If the Virgin Islands Saver is not everything we’ve promised, return the book in original (new) condition for a refund of the book cost. Contact us for return information.

All participating vendors have agreed to honor these coupons. If for some reason, a booking problem should occur, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Are there any restrictions for the coupons?
Coupon books must be presented to vendor at the time of redemption. Coupons removed from the book are no longer valid. Individual coupons may have additional restrictions.
Do I have to make advanced reservations?
Some of our deals do require advanced reservations. These and any other restrictions or requirements are printed on the individual coupons and on the website.
Do I have to buy the saver before I get to St. Thomas?
Yes. The Virgin Islands Saver is only available online through this website.
